Star Auto always provides excellent customer service. They are very honest and reasonably priced. Rob and his staff are usually able to diagnose a problem within a few hours, and then immediately notify the customer of the problem, the estimated cost of repairs, and expected time for completion of work.

They do a reliable job. But they do take a while. The lack of a lounge and their location makes it kind of hard to figure out exactly what you are going to do when you drop off your car for an oil change. The most important thing though, is that I can count on them to give me an accurate inspection of my vehicle. The shop is pretty clean, which gives me the confidence that they are organized. They have not let me down so far.

I brought it in with a very slight misfire which could grow to a big problem if I didn’t fix it. Initially they didn’t notice it there was no check engine light but they continued with their diagnostics and discovered the problem in the end and fix it. Very thorough in their diagnostics which help a lot.

Came in for a repair that I was quoted for at another shop when doing maintenance. I came in and was quoted at a much lower price. When I brought in my vehicle they checked it in case the repair was needed and for other faults. I was contacted and told that the repair did have to be done but eveything else was good. The repair itself was done in a timely manner and my vehicle drove great afterwards. Definitely recommend this shop, in fact I recommend it to my sister and she's had some repairs done there as well!

After receiving a quote for services and parts, we communicated effectively to proceed with the services of fuel filter exchange with cap to fix a diesel leak, an oil change and rear differential seal. Rob & Danny listened to the problem I was having. They diagnosed it and presented me with an estimate of the work. They completed the work on time and at the price I was quoted. I have a 2011 Honda Odyssey and I could not see well at night because of the condition of the headlights. They cleaned them while the car was being repaired. Great job.
